Our Story:
From Palestine to Fort Wayne

A Taste of Home, Shared with Our Neighbors

Our journey began long before we opened our doors in Fort Wayne. As Muslim refugees from Palestine, we carried with us more than just our belongings; we carried the flavors, traditions, and hospitality of our homeland.

When we chose Fort Wayne to be our home, we fell in love with the community, but we realized something was missing. We searched for the authentic, Halal Middle Eastern flavors we grew up with—the kind of food that brings families together—and realized there was a seat at the table waiting to be filled.

A Fusion of Generations

We believe that food is the ultimate way to connect with people. To bring our vision to life, my wife stepped into the kitchen with a mission. She took the traditional recipes passed down from my mother, combined them with the secrets of her mother, and added her own unique culinary touch.

The result is a menu that honors our ancestors while offering something entirely new and special for the Fort Wayne community. Every dish we serve is Halal, prepared with love, and served with the hope of sharing a piece of our culture with you.

Why We Do It

We didn't just want to open a restaurant; we wanted to create a space where our neighbors could experience the warmth of Palestinian hospitality. Whether you are familiar with Middle Eastern cuisine or trying it for the first time, we invite you to be a part of our story.

From our family to yours, welcome to our table.
